Rheumatoid pneumoconiosis, thought to be a more benign form of complicated silicosis. Etiology: 1) silicosis 2) asbestosis 3) aluminosis 4) other conditions Pathology: - rheumatoid pulmonary nodules 1-5 cm in diameter that evolve rapidly & undergo cavitation
